Man saved from sinking yacht off WA coast
AAP
A man has been rescued off the West Australian coast after his yacht hit rocks and took on water.
Crews were called to the vessel in Hamelin Bay about 6.30pm on Friday but could not reach the man because of bad weather.
They were able to make it to him on Saturday morning and took him to hospital as a precaution but could not recover the yacht because it was too dangerous.
