Man pleads guilty over fatal WA crash

A Perth man has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing the death of a motorcyclist.

Jonathon Charles Murphy, 34, was riding his motorcycle on the Mitchell Freeway in January last year when he was fatally struck by a utility being driven by Michael Robert Donovan.

Donovan, 54, had pleaded not guilty to three charges, but on Thursday in the West Australian District Court, he changed his pleas to guilty.

Donovan is due back in court in April.
