Man dies in WA freeway crash

A man has died after he drove the wrong way onto a Perth freeway and smashed into an oncoming car, injuring three women.

The crash happened about 12.30am on Sunday on the Graham Farmer Freeway near East Parade.

The man in his 30s died in hospital, while the 27-year-old woman driving the other car and her female passengers, aged 30 and 56, were seriously injured.
