A 25-year-old Sydney man attempted to smuggle about three kilograms of methamphetamine through Perth Airport after flying in from Dubai, federal police allege.
The drugs were found by Border Force officers, hidden in the lining of his luggage, after he arrived on Tuesday night.
The man has been charged with importing a commercial quantity of border-controlled drugs and was due to face Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
