Man 'attacked' with a baseball bat in WA

A man has been punched in the face and knocked unconscious with a baseball bat after three men approached him in a car park in Perth's south.
Police said the 47-year-old victim was putting items in his car at Point Peron about midday on Saturday when the trio approached and began talking to him before bashing his head with the bat.
He remains in a critical but stable condition at Royal Perth Hospital, while three men aged 19, 22, and 30 have been charged with grievous bodily harm.
