West Australian Premier Mark McGowan has announced parliament will resume mid-May.
Mr McGowan said WA Governor Kerry Sanderson would officially open parliament on Thursday May 11, with regular sittings starting the following Tuesday.
"My team and I are looking forward to getting on with the job of fulfilling our commitments to Western Australians," he said.

WA Liberal leader Mike Nahan said two months after the state election was too long to wait.
"The government, without scrutiny, is making a whole range of decisions about contracts, about staffing at the senior level ... only the parliament can hold a government to account," he told reporters on Monday.
