Image released in hunt for Perth shooter

A 25-year-old man, possibly armed with a gun, is being hunted by police over a shooting in Perth's eastern suburbs.

Police want to speak to Harlee Dinsdale, from Swan View, over the shooting of a 19-year-old in the thigh in nearby Midvale on Tuesday.

Dinsdale may be driving a silver 1999 Holden Statesman, registration 1DVM342, and possibly be in possession of firearms, police say.

He is fair skinned, 188 centimetres tall with a slim build, black hair and blue eyes.

The public are warned not to approach Dinsdale and to call police immediately on 131 444 if they see him.
