WA septuagenarian charged with major fraud

A 71-year-old man has been charged by Perth police with misappropriating more than $400,000.
The man, who currently lives in Malaysia, is facing 31 counts of fraud for offences that allegedly occurred between 1992 and 1994.
He has been granted bail and will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on March 22.
