Ex-Perth car yard boss fined over assault
AAP
A former boss of a Perth car yard has been fined $5000 for indecently assaulting a teenage employee, but has been granted a spent conviction.
Francesco Paolo Delli-Benedetti, 51, was the dealer principal at Big Rock Toyota in Balcatta in 2011 when he pinned a 19-year-old woman against a wall in a boardroom.
A West Australian District Court jury acquitted him of offences related to two other employees, while some other charges were also dropped.

In sentencing, Judge Laurie Levy said on Thursday that the work environment at Big Rock Toyota at the time was "beset with inappropriate sexual behaviour".
