Elderly WA man pulls gun on riders-police

An elderly man has been charged for allegedly pulling a gun on two people who became lost while riding off-road motorcycles on a bush track south of Perth.
West Australian police say the 70-year-old approached the 21-year-old riders in Meelon and pointed a rifle at one, striking his helmet and threatening to shoot them.
The Lesmurdie man has been charged with being armed and an act likely to endanger life and assault.
