A Western Australian man has allegedly been caught drink-driving in a car leaking petrol and shooting sparks as he did burnouts with two unrestrained small children inside.
Officers responding to calls a vehicle was doing burnouts in Mandurah on Sunday night nabbed the 30-year-old driving a green 4x4 nearby with a busted rear tyre.
The Coodanup man has been charged with reckless and mid-range drink-driving, driving without a licence and with an unrestrained child.

He has been detained in custody and is due to appear at the Perth Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
