Dead WA dog a victim of animal cruelty
AAP
A dead dog found in water near Busselton, in WA's South West region, appears to have been the victim of "horrific" animal cruelty, the RSPCA says.
The dog was found by a member of the public in Wonnerup, east of Busselton, on Thursday.
RSPCA chief inspector Amanda Swift has urged anyone with information to come forward to assist with their investigation.
