Workers return after Perth chemical spill

A chemical spill south of Perth is contained and under control, allowing people in the area to return to work.
The incident prompted streets near Kwinana Beach to be evacuated on Thursday morning with fears the fumes could cause stinging to the eyes and throat.
The cause of the spill is not known.
