Boy, 14, killed in WA motorbike crash

A 14-year-old boy, who was travelling on the back of a motorbike, has been killed in a crash north of Perth.

The boy, from Spalding, was a pillion passenger on the bike when it collided with a green Jeep Cherokee at Wonthella just before 8pm on Tuesday, and died in Geraldton Hospital a short time later.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 17-year-old boy from Geraldton, was also seriously injuried while the 22-year-old male driver of the car escaped unscathed.
