Man's body found near popular Perth bar

A man's body has been found near a popular beachside bar in Perth's Cottesloe this morning.
The body was found in a construction site near the Ocean Beach Hotel just before 6am (WST).

Police had cordoned off the area and detectives were en route.
The investigation was on the famous Marine Parade in Cottesloe.
Police later advised the death was not being treated as suspicious.
