ATSB probes container ship grounding

The grounding of a container ship outside Fremantle harbour is being investigated.

The Denmark-registered Maersk Garonne ran aground early on Saturday and was refloated more than three hours later by three tugs.

No pollution or injuries were reported, but the Australian Transport Safety Bureau has categorised the incident as serious.
