WA conning the rest of us, Beattie says

Former Queensland premier Peter Beattie has accused Western Australia of a con over its complaints about the GST carve-up.
He also warns any change to the way GST revenue is distributed will wreck a long-standing agreement between the states and territories and the commonwealth.
"Ten out 10 to Colin Barnett, he really has conned Australia on this," Mr Beattie told Sky News of the WA premier's attempts to win his state a better deal.
