Volunteer firefighter dies after collapsing while fighting Queensland bushfire

A volunteer firefighter has died after he collapsed while battling a bushfire in Queensland.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) spokeswoman confirmed the volunteer died while on duty this afternoon, but declined to give further details at this time.
The ABC has reported that the death occurred at the scene of the Weranga bushfire, west of Dalby.
