Another violent brawl erupts between fans at Etihad Stadium

AFL fans have been filmed in a violent fight at Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium - the third post-match brawl in a week.

One man's face could be seen covered in blood, after two groups of men traded blows at the Medallion Club bar.

The fight unfolded after Collingwood's win over the Western Bulldogs last night.

Police say at least nine patrons were involved, many of them older men.

Shocked witnesses filmed the brawl, and described the incident as "disgraceful".

A 46-year-old Carnegie man was arrested and faces a number of charges, including possessing cocaine.

He was bailed and will appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on September 10.

The boss of Etihad Stadium said he will work with police to ensure all those involved are banned.

"We will not condone any behaviour that threatens the safety of others," CEO Michael Green said in a statement.

The fist fight comes less than a week after Collingwood and St Kilda fans were filmed punching on at the stadium's EJ Whitten bar.

It's believed that brawl was sparked by insults over the Saints' 2010 Grand Final loss.
