Both of Victoria's party leaders in COVID-19 isolation ahead of State Budget reveal
Both of Victoria's party leaders have been forced into COVID-19 isolation amid one of the busiest weeks on the government's calendar, with the Federal Budget to be revealed tonight.
Opposition Leader Matthew Guy has today been sent into seven days of isolation after his son tested positive for COVID-19, just one day after Premier Daniel Andrews tested positive for the virus.
The Liberal MP took to social media early this morning to announce that one of his three sons had caught COVID-19.

Mr Guy said he and the rest of his family had tested negative to the virus so far.
David Southwick MP will lead the Victorian Liberal Party in Mr Guy's absence.
Mr Guy has been sent into isolation after he was unwell last week and had to leave Parliament to get a PCR test.
However, the test returned a negative result.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, sending him into isolation for seven days.
In a statement Mr Andrews said he was prompted to undertake a rapid antigen test (RAT) after developing mild symptoms including a sore throat and a mild temperature.
"I have tested positive to COVID-19 and will now isolate for the next seven days," the Premier said.

"So far, Cath and the kids have tested negative. As they are close contacts, they will also isolate for the next seven days."
In a follow-up tweet, the Premier said while his symptoms were mild he had "stocked up" on Panadol prior to contracting the virus.
Mr Andrews said while he is isolating Deputy Premier James Merlino will be acting premier until Monday, April 4.

The state is currently managing 57,372 active cases, the majority of whom were detected with the use of self-administered RATs.
