Two killed, one critically injured after three-vehicle crash in Victoria's north-west
Two women have been killed and a man is in a critical condition following a three-vehicle crash on a highway in Victoria's north-west.
According to police, a semi-trailer crashed into the back of a car that was turning into a rest stop on the Western Highway in Laharum, just south of Horsham, around 12.20pm.
The truck pushed the car into oncoming traffic, causing it to collide head-on with another car.

The drivers of the cars, who were both women, died at the scene.
A man who was a passenger in one of the vehicles sustained life-threatening injuries and has been airlifted to hospital.
The male truck driver was uninjured.

He has been arrested and is helping police with their investigation into the incident.
The Western Highway is expected to be closed for most of today while detectives examine the crash scene.
