Opportunistic thief steals entire tray of doughnuts from Melbourne shop
An opportunistic thief has been caught on camera nabbing an entire tray of doughnuts from a Melbourne shop.
The alleged theft occurred at the Todco doughnut shop on Bridge Road, Richmond, about 8.45pm on Thursday.
CCTV vision shows a staff member cleaning up the store for the evening before a man runs through the open door and takes an entire tray of doughnuts from the front window, then runs off.

The man was able to steal the donuts after a shop assistant turned their back. 9News
CCTV from the street prior to the alleged robbery showed the man appearing to look in the shop window at the doughnuts then take a hoodie a cap from his backpack and put them on.
The owner of the shop told 9News the incident happened quickly and that staff were unharmed.
The matter has not been reported to police.
