Police said the man ran close to a female runner while exposing himself and performing a lewd act.

He was then seen again running behind another woman at about 12:30pm.

Investigators released an image of a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.

The man is believed to be in his 30s, Caucasian, about 162cm tall with balding dark hair and a dark-coloured beard.
