Teen arrested after fatal Vic car crash

A 17-year-old has been arrested after allegedly fleeing the scene of a stolen car crash that left a teenage girl dead in regional Victoria.

She died in the stolen car when it crashed into a truck during a police pursuit at Ballan, northwest of Melbourne, on Tuesday afternoon.

Two other people allegedly fled the crashed car, and police say one has since been arrested.
