Woman assaulted on Melbourne street

The search is on for a man who brazenly sexually assaulted a woman as she walked along a Melbourne street.

Police on Tuesday said the 30-year-old woman passed a group of men on Moysey Lane in Dandenong, on March 23 when one of the men doubled around the group and grabbed her by the crotch.

The victim confronted him before turning around and reporting the incident to protective services officers at the nearby Dandenong Railway Station
