Weekend night buses to run in Melbourne

Night buses will leave Melbourne's city centre every 30 minutes on weekends as part of a year-long trial.

The Night Network, previously known as Homesafe, will test out 24-hour public transport on trains, trams and buses in 2016.

Trains will run every hour, while buses will leave the CBD every 30 minutes on 21 routes.
