Victorian man stable after being shot

A Melbourne man has collapsed in his home after he was shot.
The 33-year-old returned to his Laverton home just before 6am on Saturday with a suspected gunshot wound to his upper body.
He was taken to hospital suffering life-threatening injuries and remained in a stable condition.

Police have not arrested anyone and are unsure where the man was injured.
