Victorian man charged over sheep rustling

About 70 sheep were stolen from a Victorian property over nine months and a 25-year-old man has been charged.
Detectives from the Eastern Region Crime Squad and Victoria Police's agricultural liaison officers raided Clonbinane and Fosterville properties on Tuesday.
During the raids, police seized 70 sheep allegedly stolen from a Clonbanine property over the past nine months.

A 25-year-old Ringwood East man was charged with two counts of theft, handling stolen goods and firearm offences. He was bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court on August 9.
A 46-year-old Bendigo man was interviewed and released pending further inquiries.
