Victoria Police officer faces charges

A Victoria Police officer has been charged with perverting the course of justice and misconduct in public office after a Professional Standards Command investigation.
The western region senior constable was charged on summons in relation to two alleged incidents in 2014.
He has been suspended from duty and will appear in the Geelong Magistrates' Court on June 16.
