Three people have been caught on camera stealing mail from the same apartment building in Melbourne’s CBD.

Video of the first theft shows a male offender pulling a number of items from the mail boxes of the Collins Street block at 1.30am on December 29.

Police believe the man, who was dressed in a grey hoodie at the time and a cap, gained access to the building by following residents through the entrance.

The second incident was also caught on camera. Victoria Police

The female thief is about 20-25 years old with long black hair and has a thin build.

She was wearing green pants and dark blue runners, and was carrying a black canvas back with a ‘Cotton On’ logo on the front.
