Victoria calls for NDIS rollout interest

Victoria wants businesses and groups to apply to help children and adults with disabilities live more independently as part of the NDIS rollout.

The state government has called for expressions of interest in rolling out the NDIS, but says there will be strict conditions on providers and no client can be left worse off.

"The NDIS is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform the lives of Victorians with disabilities and the lives of their families and carers," Disability Minister Martin Foley said on Thursday.
