Vic trio charged with drug trafficking
Two men and a woman have been charged with drug trafficking after the discovery of cocaine and hundreds of thousands of dollars in Melbourne's east.
More than $450,000 and 100 grams of cocaine were seized at properties in Burwood East and Forest Hill on Friday night, police said.
A 27-year-old woman has been charged with trafficking cocaine and cannabis as well as possessing the proceeds of crime.
She has been remanded in custody to face the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Saturday.
A 30-year-old man is charged with offences including possessing and trafficking cannabis and ecstasy, and another man, aged 25, is charged with drug trafficking.
The to men have been bailed to appear in the Ringwood Magistrates Court on October 29.
A 19-year-old woman was arrested and released pending further enquiries, while a 27-year-old man remains in police custody.
