Vic thieves nick pimped up race ute

A pimped-up ute, modified for quarter mile drag racing, has been stolen in Melbourne and spotted driving erratically across the northern suburbs.

Thieves broke into a shed and pushed the white ute off a car trailer and sped off sometime between 5.30am and 8.40am on Monday in Officer.

Police are appealing for public assistance to find the $100,000 drag racer, which has been seen being driven erratically across the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
