Vic teen girl missing for four days

A 16-year-old Melbourne girl who has been missing for four days has prompted police to make a public appeal for help.
Kiara Sattout was last seen at Wyndhamvale train station around 8am on Thursday.
Police are concerned for Kiara due to her age and the length of time that she has been missing.

They have released an image of the teen in a bid to locate her.
