Vic Police public servant on gun charges

A Victoria Police public servant has been charged with a firearms offence.
In a 37-word statement Victoria Police said the man was charged with "possess/carry/use an unregistered firearm" after an investigation by Professional Standards Command.
The man will appear before "a court at a later date".
