Labor:

- $100 million for stage-one works on a new women's and children's hospital in Geelong

- $.6 million to the LGBTI community, including towards holding a Melbourne Pride 2021 event to mark 40 years since the state decriminalised homosexuality

- $3.7 million for Ballarat's Alfredton Reserve, including building facilities for women

Liberals:

- $67 million in emergency services and public safety funding, $51.3 million of which will go to building or upgrading Country Fire Authority stations

- To pass tough bail reforms before Christmas.
