Vic P-plater four times over the limit

A Melbourne P-plater has been caught drink driving four times over the legal limit.
Police said the 23-year-old was pulled over on the Maroondah Highway about 1.30am on Saturday and returned a positive breath test of 0.202.
The man has had his licence suspended while his car has been impounded for 30 days.
