Vic P-plater caught speeding on drugs

A Victorian driver who only had his P-plate licence for four months has been caught speeding while on drugs.

The man was caught driving at 118km/h through an 80km/h zone in Devon Meadows on Thursday night, and when police pulled him over he tested positive to drugs.

He has been fined and stripped of his licence for six months.
