Vic man taking photo almost hit by train

A man taking a photo next to railway tracks in Melbourne has avoided being hit by a train by just inches.
The 20-year-old man was taking a photo with his mobile phone in Hawksburn on Monday night when a train came past and narrowly missed him, a police spokeswoman said.
The driver tried to stop the train but couldn't before it reached the man, who pressed himself against a fence and managed to avoid being hit by "inches".
