A man left for dead after being viciously stabbed in Melbourne is still in hospital in a critical condition as police hunt his attackers.
The 45-year-old received serious upper body injuries in an altercation at a home in Werribee on Wednesday and remains in The Royal Melbourne Hospital on Friday.
Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Corey Whittle, 39, and Samantha Vella, 25, on Thursday over the attempted murder but have not yet found them.
