Vic man exposes himself to women

A man has been flashing and inappropriately touching himself in front of women in outer Melbourne.

The man, aged in his early 20s, exposed himself to a woman standing in front of a house on Victoria Road, Wandin North on January 4.

Two weeks later a man with a similar description exposed himself and masturbated in front of a woman on the Warburton Trail.

Police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked and have released FACE images to help identify the culprit.
