Vic man charged with upskirting at beach

A man allegedly caught upskirting young girls at a Victorian beach has been charged with stalking offences.
The 31-year-old Highton man was charged on Monday with two counts of stalking another person and one count of observation of genital region following the alleged filming of a group of underage girls at a Surf Coast beach on January 11.
He was bailed and will appear before the Geelong Magistrates Court on March 3.
