A man will face court over the deaths of two people in a high-speed crash on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula Freeway.
Police have charged the 48-year-old from Tooradin with two counts of culpable driving following the accident in Dromana on Monday afternoon.
It's believed the man's car clipped another while travelling at "extraordinary speeds" before both came off the road.
