Vic man caught speeding with child in car

A Victorian P-plater has been allegedly caught driving at 192km/h with his three-year-old daughter in the car.

The 22-year-old Werribee man was caught in a 110km/h zone on the Goulburn Valley Freeway at 11.30am on Sunday, with his partner and daughter in the car, police say.

His car was impounded for 30 days and he is expected to be charged with various driving offences.

"We are absolutely horrified that a person could have so little regard for the safety of not only himself, but his young family and the rest of the community," highway patrol Senior Sergeant Geoff Joshua said on Sunday.
