Vic hotel argument turns into hit-run

A man was dragged beside a car before the driver deliberately drove at him and hit him after an argument in a Melbourne hotel car park.
A Werribee man, 22, has told police a driver of a black Mercedes grabbed and dragged him alongside the car for a short distance in Chadstone about 1am on Saturday.
Police on Tuesday said the driver let go of his victim and then, seemingly deliberately, struck the man as he drove off.
