Vic driver four times over alcohol limit

A Melbourne man has been caught driving at four times the legal blood alcohol limit at night and with no headlights on.
The 40-year-old returned a breath test of 0.207 after being stopped by police in Officer just before midnight on Wednesday.
He has been stripped of his licence for 12 months and had his car impounded, and is expected to be charged with numerous driving offences.
