Vic cops reopen hit-and-run cold case

A Melbourne man was mown down in an allegedly deliberate hit-and-run in 2011 and his attacker is still at large.
Police have issued a fresh appeal for witnesses to identify the man who stole the victim's car and then ran him over with it during a fight, with weapons, between two groups of men in Dandenong.
The 25-year-old victim is now paraplegic.

His vehicle was dumped near a block of units in Potter Street, Dandenong, and police have re-released an image of the vehicle.
