Vic cop charged with unauthorised access

A Victorian police officer has been charged with unauthorised access of the state's crime database.
The Crime Command senior constable was charged following an investigation by the professional standards command, police said on Wednesday.
He was charged with unauthorised access or disclosure of police information and will front Melbourne Magistrates' Court on June 12.
