Vic car crash claims second victim

A second person has died after a car accident in Melbourne two weeks ago.

The 47-year-old man who died in hospital overnight was the driver of a car involved in a crash with a tip truck on March 11.

His 28-year-old male passenger, from Eltham, died at the scene and the 53-year-old male truck driver, from Heidelberg Heights, survived uninjured.
