Vic bus in ditch after driver coughing fit

A bus carrying 31 passengers has swerved off the road and become bogged in a ditch in Victoria after the driver had a coughing fit.

Three passengers suffered minor injuries when the V/Line bus ran off the Pyrenees Highway near Maryborough early Friday when the driver lost control during a coughing attack, police say.

All passengers were transferred to another bus and completed their journey to Mildura, V/Line said.
